Wake Forest School of Medicine -
Alumni Gallery
The Wake Forest University School of Medicine recently occupied a repurposed tobacco warehouse near downtown Winston-Salem, NC. To celebrate a history that stretches back to the 1940s, we helped them open the Deacon Gallery, named for the university football team. Just off of a main lobby, the exhibit supports alumni visits, current students and touring prospective students.
Angle Park provided three vertical Planar touch walls with multi-function apps with a range of experiences.
Users may search for any currently living alum and find out their specialty, location and read stories about their achievements.
They may swipe through milestones on a full height vertical timeline of the school’s history.
Users may also see themselves and classmates as they find their year and browse every single page out of tens of thousands available in a complete set of yearbooks.
The installation is managed by a custom CMS that we use to make updates semi-annually.
